Essential oils are made from essences found in the flowers, leaves, roots, peel, resin, seeds and bark of some plants.


Aromatherapy benefits are reported to be wide-ranging and it’s used to help a variety of symptoms and conditions.

I would suggest you book a FREE wellness consultation before your first aromatherapy session. During your free, detailed wellness consultation I will ask questions about your medical history, lifestyle, general health and if you have any health problems. You can ask questions too. It’s important to know that an aromatherapist cannot make a medical diagnosis because I am not trained to do so. I can, however, give you advice on a course of aromatherapy treatment.
